Preparing things first is always a good option to be able to act better in situations that must be firm and secure, which in an interview would ensure our good development leaving a good impression. These four recommendations are very useful to prepare us when the interview are close.

1. Conduct basic interview research:
Before the interview, it is better to prepare yourself for certain data that one can know that will serve you in a great way; this can be obtained by making a call to the place for the interview, this first part should take five-minute. The questions is:
Ø  Who will you be talking to? Will you meet the manager you'd work for? What are the interviewer's expectations?
Ø  What's the dress code?
Ø  Get directions to the office. Plan to leave early. Keep a phone number to call if you get stuck in traffic.
Ø  If you don't have a detailed job description, ask for one.

2. Learn about the company online:
In this part, we will do a search in the internet of the company to find additional information to which we already knew, in this way we will obtain a total vision of the place where we interviewed; this part of basic research should take you about an hour. The questions to look for are:
Ø  How big is the company in terms of annual sales or employees?
Ø  What does the company say about its products or services?
Ø  What recent news can you discuss?

3. Think of some stories:
In this step we can prepare ourselves to face certain questions that are frequent in the interviews, one of them is to tell a story of us, where it is better already to bring to mind some stories of achievements and objectives that we have reached. It is best to talk about certain parts of our life that demonstrate leadership, initiative and teamwork, which is what, will leave a good image of us. This take the time that you need.

4. Pick your outfit, and go to bed early:

The best thing to finish this preparation is to leave everything necessary for the interview in the previous night, and to have a good rest because the next day start early, in this way to have no worries or complications in our development before and during the interview.
